I suggest you contact August for this coz he's the hondata dealer in brunei. Basically it'll be cheaper than what SHH is offering thats for sure.

| Any updates with this? Who went with what ECU and feedback on what they think of their aftermarket ECU? |

Myself, I went with Hondata S300. For the price i pay for the ECU, its better than any other ECU that I've been through with my current Civic. In fact, i regretted going with other ECU's coz of the less flexibility i have. For the amount of money i spent previously, i could've gotten 3 S300's hehe.
Ofcourse FCON series or MOTEC is the best ECU to go with but Hondata was developed for a reason... i.e. to support honda and nothing is better than to start out with its own motherboard. All features of a standalone is available with Hondata S300 from Launch control, nitrous support, ITB support and bla bla bla bla and so on which you could find easily through www.hondata.com.
The only drawback is reliability. Because the motherboard or other capacitors are old, we don't know how long it'll last coz remember, it came off from a minimum of 92-93 and below with OBD-1 ecu. So it might blow anytime and I would need to send it over to the supplier. Although it does not get to that stage as reported, it is just suspected. As long as it last me 7-10 years more that'll be great already and i got my money back
Thats my take on the hOndata S300. |

The FCON IS is a piggy back system more or less like an E-manage ultimate just that is slightly better resolution. The FCON VPro under the hands of a good tuner ofcourse will be great coz it has all the features you need but as you are aware, its very expensive but if the tuner spends a long time tuning it and fine tuning it, ofcourse it'll be worth the money.
Having said so, the MOTEC is a good contender as well coz tuners aren't specifically under a single company (+ point), anyone can tune it thus having a variety of choices of tuner.
So at the end, its basically boils down to money and preferences.
